Welcome! We would love to have you come check out one of our meetings or events! Find out more about who we are below.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 6:23
There is a God. He’s the One who spoke the universe into existence. The One who knows the names of every single star in the sky and who the mountains and hills bow down and worship. He is the King, the Judge, the Ruler, the Beginning, and the End.
And He loves you. He’s the God who sees you; He sees you in your pain and He sees you in your triumphs. He knows you: He knew you before you were ever born and He knows you now; your passions and dreams, your secrets and failures. You were made in His image and you were made to worship Him and delight in Him. He gave you free will so that you could choose to love Him as He loves you.
And you chose to reject Him. So did I. So did all of us. And while God could have written us off and left us in spiritual death and darkness forever, He loved us so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. We deserved spiritual death, separation from God for eternity, but Jesus Christ, God Himself, willingly chose to die for each and every one of us so that we could live. And the story doesn’t end there. Jesus died on a Roman cross 2,000 years ago for our sin, and to prove that He is who He says He is, God raised Him from the dead 3 days later!
We want you to meet this God, whether for the very first time or the 1,000th time. Eternal life, eternal joy and eternal relationship with God is yours. Jesus purchased that for you. It’s why we call Him Christ and King, Lord and Savior. All you have to do is believe He is who He says He is. It’s ok to have questions and it’s ok to have doubts. God is bigger than your questions and bigger than your doubts, and He wants you to know Him! If you’re still reading this there’s a part of you who wants that as well, whether you realize it or not.
Thursday Night Gatherings
We meet as a group every Thursday night at 7pm at Mountain View Community Church (328 Remington St). New to our college group? Find out more about weekly meetings.
Small Group Gatherings
LifeGroups, which are our version of small groups, meet various times and days throughout the week.
Sunday Church Services
Mountain View Community Church has three worship services (8am, 9:45am, 11:30am). The majority of college students attend the 11:30am service.
Mountain View College Ministry is a Christian ministry that serves domestic and international students at Colorado State University and Front Range Community College. Our church meets near CSU in Old Town Fort Collins and has a heart to reach the city and the campus. We have weekly events, small groups, bible studies and more!
Jesus transformed a seemingly random group of fishermen, tax collectors, prostitutes, rebels, and religious leaders into His church. Our desire is to see students changed in the same way through our Thursday night weekly program, weekly events, service projects, and LifeGroups.
LifeGroups are a place to ask questions, build friendships, and spur each other on in love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25). Transformation takes time and honesty and our LifeGroups meet weekly in dorms, apartments, and houses throughout Fort Collins.
