Aaron LeDuc
Aaron and Karla were married in 2004 and have been in Fort Collins since 2006. They served together for 4 years in camp ministry in southern Colorado. Aaron has a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and is a graduate from MVCC’s Pastors’ Institute. After working with MVCC’s youth ministry for 7 years, Aaron transitioned into leading worship full time in 2013. Aaron and Karla love their five rambunctious kids, hosting people in their home, cooking, and travel.
Chris Mitchell
Chris was born in New Orleans, LA and grew up mostly in Tulsa, OK. He attended the University of Oklahoma for college and medical school. He now works as a full-time general surgeon in town. Chris and Kelsey were married in 2009, moved to Fort Collins in 2013, and have 3 children: Eli, Ella, and Cooper. Life is full, often hectic, but abounding in joy! While Chris grew up in a Christian home, it was at MVCC where God stirred in him a passion for the local church and ministry. God has placed a burden on Chris’ and Kelsey’s heart for the nations, for those who don’t have access to the Gospel and who have never heard about the love of God. Chris is excited to help with missions at MVCC. In addition to his work and ministry, Chris enjoys being active, skiing, reading, and traveling.
Clark Richardson
Clark moved to Colorado in 2019 to serve in a full-time administrative leadership role with Crossway Network after 10 years as lead pastor of another Crossway Church in Illinois. He was born in Ohio, raised from age 5 in the Monterey Bay area and then returned to the Midwest for undergrad work at Wheaton College and graduate studies in New Testament Theology at Trinity Evangelical. In 1993 he married his best friend and faithful ministry partner, Tricia. They have been on a 30 year ministry journey together that includes the privilege of serving in student ministry, worship and music, and church planting and re-planting. Along the way God blessed them with their 5 favorite people on earth – Jake, Kailin, Luke, Sam, and Grace. Jake (L.A.) and Kailin (Chicago) are on their own while Luke, Sam, and Grace are a big part of MVCC with them.
Clark enjoys music, hiking, family vacations with all 7, and the Chicago Bears even though they constantly challenge his faith! He leads the Men’s Ministry at Mountain View, loves to preach the Word, and enjoys shepherding and leading in the church with an amazing team of pastors.
Greg Yancey
Greg was born and raised in Fort Collins, graduating from Heritage Christian School in 1979. After attending BIOLA College in California, Greg joined the family business, learning much about the food industry and managing tremendous growth over the next couple of decades, going from a small regional produce distributor to a U.S. top 50 multi-state supply chain food distribution company. In 2012, Yancey’s sold to Food Services of America, providing the opportunity to partner with the sixth largest food distribution company in the United States.
As he has retired from Yancey’s, Greg also serves on several boards including Alpha Center, Arise Rwanda Ministries, Nexus International and Opportunity International.
Greg is married to Ellen and has two grown children, Drew and Gwen, along with a son-in-law, Danny, and daughter-in-law, Anna. He also has six beautiful and perfect grandkids, four girls and two boys. Greg enjoys traveling to developing countries on short term mission trips, skiing, golfing and biking with his family, reading and spending time in the mountains.
Jacob Chacko
Jacob was born and raised in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington DC. He grew up in a strong Christian home and gave his life to Christ towards the end of elementary school. Jacob moved to the midwest after high school and attended Northwestern University in Chicago for college and medical school. It was during his third year of medical school that he met his wife Krista while playing ultimate frisbee with their church. They were married in 2011, while Jacob was in residency, and they remained in Chicago for the first five years of their marriage while Jacob finished his medical training. It was during their time in Chicago that both Jacob and Krista grew in their love for the church and ministry, and Jacob served on the pastor team at Park Community Church in Chicago until moving to Fort Collins. In 2016, the Chacko’s moved west after Jacob finished medical training, and Jacob now works full-time as a cardiologist in town. They have three kids, Joshua, Lily, and Elliott, who add so much joy and excitement to their lives. At Mountain View, Jacob’s primary area of shepherding as a pastor is within the LifeGroup ministry. Outside of work and ministry, Jacob and Krista enjoy hosting dinners, being outside, watching sports, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
Kevin Wolfe
Kevin was born and raised in Fort Collins. He graduated from Fort Collins High School (yes, they are the MIGHTY MIGHTY Lambkins) and went to CSU where he got a business degree. The Lord first got hold of Kevin’s life as a freshman at CSU in 1992 and he started attending MVCC in 1994. Kevin met his bride, Susan, while spending a year in Hungary with Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU). They quickly married when they returned to the states in 1997. Soon after their marriage, they started the college ministry at MVCC – called Xtreme Reality at the time – with two students in their living room. Kevin led the college ministry until 2005 when he transitioned to lead pastor at MVCC. Kevin completed the Pastors’ Institute at Mountain View in 2000. Kevin came on the Pastors’ board at MVCC in the fall of 2002. Kevin’s main responsibilities at MVCC are to lead the church in the vision God has given us, oversee leadership development, preaching, and church planting. Kevin has a passion to see the church multiplied and for many to be reached with the gospel. God has blessed the Wolfes with three boys – Jaden, Tyler and Caleb. They love to be by the water (fly fishing, waterskiing, wakeboarding) or spending a nice summer night on a patio in Old Town.
Matt Scott

In 2022, Matt felt called back to Nexus International to coach and encourage Youth Ministry leaders all over the world. Matt is passionate about reaching the world, especially the places without churches. He loves the outdoors, especially as a tool for ministry. He is passionate about the next generation and desires to see every young person in Fort Collins reached with the gospel.
Micah Wendt
Micah grew up in North Idaho and served 4 years in the military before moving to Fort Collins in 2015 to attend CSU. While a student, Micah volunteered with Mountain View’s High School Ministry and over time felt more and more of a call and desire for full-time ministry. In 2018, Micah graduated from CSU, married Julie, then came on staff with our College Ministry. At Mountain View, Micah primarily serves in student ministry, teaching in various contexts, and (Lord willing) preparing to serve alongside his wife and newborn in Serbia as church planters!
