  • December Building Update

Steel for the sanctuary has been going up quickly and is mostly completed! The crew is working to get the space dried in ahead of the winter weather really setting in. While we really could us some moisture in Fort Collins, the drier weather has allowed us to stay on schedule erecting the sanctuary steel. The hope is to have the building dried in by mid January.

Spaces such as the children’s area and parts of the commons are coming along nicely and really taking shape! Walls are being finished, drop ceilings are being installed, and tile is going into the bathrooms. We were able to get ahead in these areas while waiting for the steel for the sanctuary.

Continue praying for safety for all involved in the project. Pray for wisdom for our team that is involved with decisions that need to be made. Pray that God would continue to use this project and our witness to those on it to bring glory to His name and to create opportunities to proclaim the hope of the gospel!

Please also continue to pray for wisdom with our existing facilities – Remington and Whedbee. The contract with the potential buyer of the Remington building is progressing! We are finalizing a few items, but it seems like God is continuing to lead to this purchase being finalized in January.

There has been increased interest in the Whedbee building this fall and we received an offer from a church on Thursday! Please be praying that God will give wisdom as we work with this church through the details of the contract.
