More on Missions at MVC

This last weekend we had the joy of “commissioning” one of our very own unto the mission field (Bible translation among the unreached in west Asia).  Lord willing, we will be doing the same again soon with another couple in our body (church planting in Thailand).  This summer will also be a busy season for short-term missions, with our team getting ready to depart for the Czech Republic.  If you have never taken the time to read through our missions philosophy, I wanted to encourage you to take a few minutes to do so.  This will help you understand our philosophy of being a “sending” church and will help you see how you fit into all that God is doing through MVC in reaching the nations.  You can find our missions philosophy booklet linked from our missions page.
