“In this week’s episode, Haley is joined by Aaron LeDuc and Shane Rasch as they talk about Aaron’s recent sermon “Grace to the End” wrapping up our study on 1 Corinthians. Be sure to listen to the sermon on 1 Corinthians 16:1-24 HERE.

    -Introducing Discipleship Director Shane Rasch!
    -Sermon Recap

    • Do you think it’s gotten too easy to just give money and feel we’ve done our part—we’re hitting the easy button and skipping the harder stuff, such as giving our time? Why do you think it matters for believers to push past that?
    • What does it actually look like to “tend your garden and get your hands dirty” when it comes to growing in spiritual maturity?
    • Just for fun, I decided to type in all of the main points in my notes from the sermons on 1 Corinthians into chatGPT and asked it to summarize into a few sentences what our main takeaways from our study through this letter should be. Here’s the result: “The message of the cross defines who we are and how we live. Through the power of the Gospel, we are made new/called into a Spirit-filled community where love builds up, truth is spoken, sin is addressed, and Christ is glorified. United in Him, we walk in grace and repentance, using our freedom to serve others, and standing firm in the hope of the resurrection.” Any thoughts on that summary or maybe, what impact do you hope this study of 1 Corinthians has had on our church body overall?
