- Looking back over Joseph’s story to this point (Genesis 37–41), what has encouraged or challenged you most about his faith and God’s work in his life?
- Why is waiting on the Lord so difficult? What makes it especially challenging to trust God’s timing?
- Joseph’s circumstances changed dramatically, but God’s presence with him remained constant. How does knowing that the Lord is with you change the way you endure seasons of waiting?
- Joseph consistently pointed others to God, both in prison and in the palace. What are some practical ways you can put the Lord on display while you wait on Him?
