Welcome to Crew! We’re so glad you’re here.
Crew is the Middle School and High School Ministry at Mountain View Community Church. Our mission is to make disciples by faithfully pursuing teenagers through worship, friendship, and discipleship. We desire to come alongside parents to share the love of Christ with students, so we are highly relational and intentional in our time with them.
We meet every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm to be transformed by the Word of God, encourage one another, and have a whole lot of fun. We would love for you to join us!

Parent FAQs
What should I expect on a Wednesday night?
Our Wednesday nights are for Middle School (6-8th grade) and High School (9-12th grade) students in Northern Colorado. The evening is made up of hangout time, games, singing together, teaching from the Bible, and small group time. Everyone can park and enter on the west side of the church – if you’re new, feel free to join your student for check-in. Come expectant for the Lord to move your heart and to have a whole lot of fun!
Who leads Crew small groups?
Crew volunteers span three generations! Whether small groups are being led by college students or grandparents, our volunteers LOVE student ministry. We prioritize the safety of our students, so each volunteer has gone through MinistrySafe and passed a background check.
Small groups are simply ways for your student to dive deeper into the Word of God with people who love them. We want each student to felt seen and known and we believe this can most naturally happen in smaller group settings.
What if my student has never been to Crew?
We are so thankful you’re here! Crew is not only a lot of fun, but we pray that your student leaves each week feeling encouraged in their walk with the Lord. If your student has never joined us on a Wednesday, you are more than welcome to set up a time to meet with Jordan before you arrive.
The only thing that you’ll need to do your very first time is check-in. Once that happens, we will get you plugged into a small group and find some new friends to hang out with. We can’t wait to see you there!
As a parent, can I come check out Crew?
We absolutely want you to come see Crew for yourself and we deeply desire to partner with you in what the Lord is doing in the heart of your student! However, we prioritize safety and don’t let just anyone walk through the doors. If you’re interested in setting up a time to visit on a Wednesday night, email our Crew Director, Jordan, for more information.
