What’s Happening at MVC this Fall?
If you’re new to Mountain View or looking to get more involved, now is a great time to do so! Many of our ministries are kicking off for the fall and we would love to meet you!
Fall Kick Off
Sunday: August 29th, 2021 after all services @ the church
We hope to have you join us this Sunday for our regular church services at 8:00am, 9:45am and 11:30am. We will have snacks after each service and a chance to hang out and get to know some people. If you’re new, make sure you stop by the Connect table (which will be outside in the middle of the festivities). We would love to give you a free book, meet you and help you get connected at Mountain View.
CULTIVATE: Prayer + Worship Nights
Scheduled Sunday Nights at 7pm @ the church
We strongly value prayer here at Mountain View. We gather on a monthly basis for an evening of extended prayer and worship. It is a sweet and encouraging time of seeking the Lord together. Our CULTIVATE nights for the semester are: September 19th, October 17th, November 21st and December 12th. We hope to have you join us!

Connect in Community
LifeGroups
The main way to get connected in community at Mountain View is through LifeGroups (also known as small groups). We would love to help you find a LifeGroup for you and/or your family.
Real Moms
If you’re a mother of a preschooler, come be encouraged, refreshed, inspired and loved as we experience Jesus together in our journey through motherhood. We meet on scheduled Monday evenings from 7-8:30 @ the church.
Women’s Ministry Fall Launch
Ladies, join us for our Women’s Ministry Fall Launch! We will gather to encourage one another in the Word, worship our faithful Lord, and hear all the ways YOU can be a part of these ministries while connecting with other incredible women.
Classes and Equipping Opportunities
MVC Connect
Join us on Tuesday: September 21st from 7-8:30pm @ the church (in the basement) for an informal evening with the pastors! Hear about the history and vision of MVC and find out how you can become involved in the life of the local church.
Biblical Distinctives
In this class you will develop your own biblical convictions through the study of several important topics, while learning what MVC believes and how it influences our philosophy of ministry. This 10 week class will start on Tuesday: September 28th from 7-8:30pm @ the church (in the basement).
Romans Bible Study
Join us this fall as we study the book of Romans! There are three different ways to be a part of the study –
1. Within your LifeGroup (if your LifeGroup is doing the study)
2. Women’s Bible Study on Tuesday mornings (childcare available)
3. With a cohort of your choosing
Serving – Find Your Spot
We have lots of opportunities for serving and serving is a great way to get to know others in the church body. We would love to help you find your spot and to help you be able to start using your unique gifts as a part of the local church.
